Unfortunately we were unable to Corona only try the very delicious undressed and coffee at the sales stand outside. Despite the location, the hosts were very friendly and willing to provide information. Thank you very much for the tip with the pilgrim's stamp and all the best.

Great service and delicious food in the shadow of the Wieskirche.

We had visited the very beautiful Wieskirche, a gem by the way! And after studying the menu, it was clear that we would be going back here tomorrow. It was really worth it. We haven't eaten so delicious in a long time. Everything really fits here. Super friendly staff. All dishes are delicious ? quite fast and inexpensive. We look forward to next year.

A cozy and authentic inn with a great location at the Wieskirche. The food, main courses as well as coffee and cake are a dream and definitely to be recommended. The staff was also very personable and with joy and humor. We had a great visit !!!!!

Originally we only wanted to visit the really beautiful church inside, but then we somehow got hungry, so the inn attracted us almost magically :-) And when we looked at the traditional and extensive menu, we were also very positively surprised and impressed, because there are some vegetarian and even 1 vegan dishes, which we found absolutely great :-) The selection was made relatively quickly, and the really very nice lady brought us everything quickly and as ordered :-) We were very satisfied with the amount, preparation and quality of the food and at fair prices. Therefore, once again, best regards to the kitchen, the cooking here is probably still done with love and joy, you can tell and taste that :-) So we can really recommend this inn with a clear conscience, and thank you very much again for the sympathetic, cheerful and very friendly service :-) And should we ever be in the area again, we'd love to come by for another delicious dish, because we really felt very comfortable with you! !!! We would therefore give 5 stars plus !!!

Cozy authentic tavern in a perfect location. The employees are highly motivated and friendly despite the high occupancy in places (in addition to hospitality, there is also the new task of educational work in Corona times, when mainly older guests want to oppose the hygiene concept with sometimes absurd excuses). The food was delicious and priced absolutely right. If you have a sense of humor, I recommend a place next to the entrance - as indicated above, attempts are made every 15 minutes to evade the nationwide hygiene rules. We enjoyed the display of ignorance and express our condolences to the staff. Keep it friendly and open-minded!

Very nicely located inn right next to the Wieskirche. Although the waiter was completely on his own with compliance with the Covid-19 hygiene regulations, taking orders, serving food and drinks, cashing in, ..... etc. and was under enormous stress, this one was always friendly, attentive and under these circumstances even ready for a little joke or two. The work and motivation of the waiter deserves just as much praise as the excellent, freshly prepared food.

Here you have the luck of an inn in a unique, dreamlike location with excellent cuisine at absolutely reasonable prices. The authentic regional dishes are prepared with the small but decisive icing on the cake of precision and sophistication that make the meal something special. In most, more down-to-earth Bavarian restaurants, such a degree of delicacy is unfortunately not to be found that often. Also to be highlighted: the friendly service and the careful implementation of the Corona rules. Hats off to the staff for these additional challenges!

After a visit to the church we went here for something to eat. Operation was a bit strange, we did not feel comfortable. The food was not tasty, the salad was very sour and was not fresh (came from pot). There were and plus a lot of flies. In short, fine for a drink, but I certainly don't recommend eating here.

We just wanted to go to their inn to have coffee. We were accompanied to a table by a waiter who was joking badly. Our tip for all future guests: Be sure to join his jokes, because as soon as you ignore him, he seeks his attention from other guests by talking badly about their rejection - as was the case with us. Too bad for the inn located in a dream location.

it will have been a wonderful day, it will have been the beauty of the place, but for me the place is worth 5 stars, the staff is friendly, the food and beer are good. Two simple fried eggs with excellent white asparagus and potatoes: as often happens simple things are the best. Worth the stop.
